Because of the high demand for appointment time in our office, we require twenty-four (24) hour notification if an appointment can not be kept. This allows us to give your appointment to another patient that may be waiting for the earliest appointment available. For these pressing appointments, we do keep a waiting list, and with twenty-four hour notice, we are generally able to accommodate these treatment priorities. If we do not get adequate notice, we are not able to accommodate another patient.
To ensure that our patients remember their appointments, we make every effort to confirm all appointments well in advance. If you prefer that we use a cell phone or email to confirm these appointments, please make the front desk aware of your preferred contact information. If a twenty-four hour notice is not provided to our office, a broken appointment fee will be charged to your account.
